They provided same day service and asked me to also leave my wedding band so they could polish it up. When I picked up the rings, they looked like brand new. They also said I can bring the rings back each month and they will inspect and polish them free of charge.”

“I brought two Polar watches for battery replacement while we were vacationing in Miami... saved on the shipping charges, hoooray! I was told 5-7 business days for the “repairs”, which meant they would have had to have been shipped to my home. Not a big deal. I got a phone call less than 24 hours later telling me they were done and ready to go. I really liked their honesty about how long it could have been and liked even more the fact they turned it around in a fraction of the time. The woman working there was very nice.”
